Ashley is a dedicated and multifaceted paralegal with several years experience in estate planning law, specifically in trust administration and probate. She currently assists with several aspects of the firm including estate settlement and legal drafting.
Ashley earned her paralegal certificate in 2023, graduating with honors and bringing a variety of skills and experiences to her role at Kastrick Law. Prior to transitioning to the legal profession in 2019, Ashley worked for over ten years in international education where she taught English and college writing in several countries around the world. Teaching cultivated her ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively, a skill she now applies with clients in her legal work.
In her free time, Ashley acts as a legal volunteer with The Center for Immigrant and Refugee Advancement (CIRA) helping immigrants and refugees in the community. You can probably find her with an iced coffee in her hand, traveling with her family, or watching true crime TV.

Julie is an experienced paralegal with over 22 years in the legal field, including 18 years dedicated exclusively to estate planning. She has extensive knowledge of the entire estate planning process—from initial client intake through document execution, trust drafting, and trust funding, including assisting clients with re-titling assets into their trusts.
Julie is known for her strong case management skills, attention to detail, and ability to guide clients through complex legal matters with clarity and care. She takes pride in building trusting relationships with clients and ensuring they feel confident and supported throughout the planning process.
Julie resides in Louisville, Nebraska with her boyfriend, Brandon. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with family.

Morghan was born and raised in Colorado. In 2019 she moved to Nebraska to attend the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, earning her bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice.
Morghan has been with the firm since November 2023 and consistently demonstrates dedication and initiative in her role as a Legal Assistant. With several years of experience in the legal field, she plays a key role in supporting the firm’s operations and legal matters.
In addition to her legal career, she enlisted in the Nebraska Army National Guard in 2020 and continues to serve. Outside of her professional and military roles, she enjoys spending time with family, her fiancé Alex, and their dog.
Lily was raised in a small town in Missouri, where she developed a love for connecting with others and helping people however she can. Over the past five years, she has worked in a variety of customer service and administrative roles, building strong communication and organizational skills along the way. She enjoys creating positive experiences for others and values building genuine relationships with both clients and coworkers.
Outside of work, Lily enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, friends, and cat. She loves golfing, trying new restaurants and coffee shops, cooking and experimenting with new recipes, and finding new things to learn in her free time. She also enjoys movie nights, especially thrillers and scary movies, and making memories with the people closest to her.
